I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown. The service was friendly, although a bit disorganized at times. The dining options were not the best, but the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were basic but clean and cozy, and the service was helpful and professional. The location was excellent, being centrally located near restaurants and bars, although the haunted hall was a bit spooky. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement in service efficiency. The facilities met my expectations, offering a decent overall experience.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were amazing and looked just like the pictures from booking, but I felt they were way overpriced for what we got. It shouldn't be sold as a double room considering the limited space to walk around the bed.

The room was amazing and looked just like the pictures from booking, but it was way overpriced for what we got. The space was limited, making it a bit inconvenient to walk around the bed.
Service
9.0
The service was exceptional; the staff were overly friendly and accommodating to our requests. However, there was a small hiccup when we told them our room had not been paid for initially. They use the buffet area as their gathering place, which was a unique touch. Housekeeping was good, and we received a nice welcome drink.
Location
8.0
The location was perfect for our plans; we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including local bars and restaurants. It was right in the middle of all our activities. However, we stumbled upon a ghost hunt being conducted that night, which was a surprise due to the hotel's long history.
Dining
5.0
The dining setup was marginal, not what I would expect from a place like this. The food was sparse and lacking, especially the coffee. It was very mediocre overall. I had the salmon, which was decent but nothing exceptional.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were basic and functional. Nothing extraordinary but served their purpose adequately.
